It’s supposed to be spring, but it’s 30 degrees and snowing today. The warm weather can’t come soon enough. Photo taken last summer at the beach down the road from my grandmother’s house on the east end of Long Island.
I posted a negative review of The Friday Night Knitting Club on Tuesday. It was a Bad Book. It was a waste of time to read. The characters were trite and the plot was cheap and cliché.

It’s Friday! This week has been busy, work has been busy – I just feel like things have been busy this month. My friends have said the same about their workplaces – late winter/early spring is busy. So this Friday is especially welcome.
Yes, I read them – all three books: 50 Shades of Grey, 50 Shades Darker, and 50 Shades Freed. I try to give everything a fair shake and I’m (usually) not above trying popular bestsellers because sometimes they’re worth it.
I know what you’re thinking – my posts have been super sparse lately and when I finally put something up, it’s about National Grammar Day? Yup.
